CURRENT VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

We are looking for a detail-oriented and focused Volunteer Coordinator to be responsible for our database of volunteers and volunteer opportunities. The Volunteer Coordinator's responsibilities include recruiting and training new volunteers, keeping a database of volunteer information and skills, matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, keeping volunteers informed, and conveying the organization's purpose to the public.

A successful Volunteer Coordinator should be meticulous about keeping records and passionate about volunteer work. You should uphold the values of our organization while ensuring the comfort of our volunteers in their positions.

The Social Media and Communications Specialist is responsible for carrying out the daily operations of the Marketing & Media Relations Office and providing specialized communications support through the creation of written, digital, and electronic content including, but not limited to, press releases, social media posts, electronic newsletters, and college website updates. This position also assists with the coordination of press and emergency communications and supports the Marketing & Media Relations Office in promoting and marketing the organization and maintaining the organizations brand. 

Responsibilities:

• Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes online marketing materials such as blog posts and website updates

• Run and maintain social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts, boost / promotion budgets and daily / weekly updates...

We are searching for a talented and professional Community Outreach Coordinator to maintain all community outreach activities. You will represent the organization and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase the organizations visibility within the surrounding community.

You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.
