Finding the Lost Sheep was founded by the late Anthony Hodge in 2004 Anthony was branded a habitual career criminal and faced 70 years in prison when God opened his eyes and commissioned him to share the love of Jesus Christ. He was promptly released after only 26 months and dedicated his life to serving the East Winter Garden community.
The East Winter Garden community is racked with drug activity, gang violence, shootings, sexual exploitation, theft, abuse by adults for pleasure or profit, and survival-sex. Anthony had fallen prey to homelessness, drugs and addiction within this community before Christ changed his life, and he prayerfully hopes to intervene through the Holy Spirit in the lives of those who don’t know Jesus.
Vision: To transform lives and communities.
Mission Statement
Finding the Lost Sheep Inc. is a faith-driven nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope and transforming lives by serving at-risk youth, struggling families, and vulnerable adults. Through innovative, hands-on youth programs, mentorship, and entrepreneurship training, we equip young people with the tools to lead purposeful, successful lives. For adults facing hardship—from addiction and homelessness to poverty and incarceration—we provide compassionate outreach, spiritual guidance, and practical resources to support long-term healing and self-sufficiency.
We are committed to building stronger communities by empowering individuals to rise above their circumstances and walk boldly into a brighter future.
